1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using Fieldmo, you agree to these terms.
  • If you're using Fieldmo on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
  • If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the service.

2. Your Account

  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • One person or company should have one account (no multiple accounts for the same entity).
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Fieldmo.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use Fieldmo for legitimate business purposes.
  • Don't use the service for any illegal activities.
  • Don't attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Don't attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems.
  • Don't use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
  • Don't upload malicious content or harmful files.

4. Your Data

  • You own your data. We don't claim any ownership.
  • You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time.
  • You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Your subscription continues until cancelled.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it.
  • We may have scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
  • We're not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
  • We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Fieldmo and its features are our intellectual property.
  • You can't copy, modify, or redistribute our code or design.
  • Your company name and logo remain your property.
  • You grant us permission to use your company name as a customer reference (you can opt out).

8. Termination

  • You can cancel your account anytime from settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
  • Some provisions survive termination (like intellectual property rights).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Fieldmo is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
  • This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms occasionally.
  • Significant changes will be notified via email.
  • Continued use after changes means acceptance of new terms.
  • You can always view the current terms on this page.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, others remain in effect.
